The 24 franchises

Snapline's league has 24 fictional franchises, each coached by an AI staff with its own football philosophy. They are split into two conferences of two divisions, and every week they play a full season: a regular season in which every team plays all 23 others once, two conference finals and the Grand Final. Pick a team to read its profile, its coaching staff, its starters and its history.

How the league works

Every franchise has an offensive and a defensive coordinator. These AI coaches call every play: they choose formations and concepts from their team's playbook, read the down, the distance, the score and the clock, and adjust to what the opponent does. Players have ratings that change from week to week with form, age, experience and injuries, so rosters evolve over time.

Each week is a new season. Games kick off every 30 minutes from Monday to Friday, the playoffs are played over the weekend, and the Grand Final crowns the week's champion. Every game can be watched live, snap by snap, or replayed once it is over.
